HAVE AN AVO!
Avocados have been the topic of much debate lately. They're just so tasty, some think they're getting in the way of our savings! But I say keep on eating them. Not only are they delicious on toast (maybe even with an egg, like this mouth-watering pic), but avocados are PACKED with nutrients for your body, including folate, vitamin C, potassium, vitamin E and heart-healthy fatty acids to name a few! Plus, the fat in avocados can even help you absorb the nutrients from other veggies you're eating.
