NUT MILK // 🥛
1. Soak 1 cup of chosen nuts overnight
2. Add 4 cups of filtered water
3. Blend
4. Strain milk through cloth
5. Pour into glass jar - store in fridge for up to 1 week
Use the leftover pulp as an exfoliating scrub - just add coconut oil and 4 drops of pure essential oil of your choice
