  • Have more sex!
    Studies show that increased ejaculation benefits the health of the sperm.
     
  • Find the window!
    The fertile window is defined as the 6-day interval ending on the day of ovulation. Leading up to ovulation, oestrogen increases and fertile-quality cervical fluid is made. This fluid allows for the sperm to survive up to 5 days! 
     
  •  Wetter is better!
    The vaginal mucous will change throughout a women's cycle. When a women is ovulating, her mucous will become clear and slippery, allowing the sperm to reach the egg.
     
  • Tilt your pelvis!
    This helps the sperm to reach the oocyte. Try positions that encourage this deeper penetration. 
     
  • Relax!
    Enjoy love making with your partner. The pressure of 'making a baby' can affect your bodies ability to conceive.
