INGREDIENTS - 

Cooked quinoa
Carrot, thinly sliced
Grated ginger
Beetroot, thinly sliced
Avocado
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Tamari, for dipping

 

METHOD - 

Lay ingredients out on seaweed sheet, and roll! 
Wet the edge of the seaweed to stick.
